End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “Licensee”) and Nexcod S.r.l. (“Licensor”), governing your use of the Multiblog AI plugin.

1. License Grant

Nexcod S.r.l. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Multiblog AI plugin according to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

License Types:

  • Single-Site License: The plugin can only be installed on a single website.
  • Subscription-Based License: Access to premium features is provided on a subscription basis, with options for monthly or annual billing.

2. Ownership

The plugin and its source code, including any modifications or updates, remain the sole property of Nexcod S.r.l.. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the plugin.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the plugin or its source code.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin.
  • Lease, lend, or sublicense the plugin to third parties.
  • Use the plugin for any illegal activities or in violation of third-party rights (e.g., copyright infringement).

4. Updates

We may provide updates, enhancements, or bug fixes to the plugin. These updates are covered under this Agreement and may be subject to additional terms.

5. Support

Support is only available to users with an active subscription plan. We offer limited support based on the purchased plan, and support response times may vary.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Nexcod S.r.l. may terminate this Agreement if:

  • You violate the terms of this Agreement.
  • Your subscription expires, and you do not renew it.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the plugin and remove all copies from your systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The plugin is provided “as-is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free or that it will function without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nexcod S.r.l. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the plugin, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruptions.

Our total liability for damages under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the plugin in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Italy.

10. Amendments

Nexcod S.r.l. reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes at least 15 days before they take effect.
